Maersk Denver (MECL1 Service) Delay

Update 03 – March 13, 2014 / 1606 hrs (04:06pm):

  • Maersk Denver is delayed 30 hours arriving Newark due to bad weather en route

Update 02 – February 6, 2014 / 1333 hrs (01:33pm):

  • Maersk Denver (Voyage 1403/1404) will be arriving into WCA 2 days late due to engine issues, as well as delayed berthing availability in Port Qasim
  • To recover schedule, vessel will be omitting Port Qasim, Pakistan port call and will sail directly from Jebel Ali to Pipavav
  • All onboard Pakistan imports will be discharged in Jebel Ali and connecting to next week’s MECL1 vessel, the Maersk Detroit (Voyage 1404)

Update 01 – January 24, 2014 / 2219 hrs (10:19pm):

  • Maersk Denver (Voyage 1403) is delayed into Newark by 48 hours due to inclement weather crossing the Atlantic, as well as due to repairs needed in Norfolk
  • Further engine repairs will need to occur in Norfolk, requiring a minimum of 16 hours
  • ETA to Algeciras is delayed by 30 hours due to vessel delays in North America
  • No contingency plans are currently in place
