Port Strike – Apapa, Nigeria

There is a Clearing Agents strike at  Apapa, Nigeria.  Clearing agents in Nigeria have requested their members to withdraw service in the last couple of days from Apapa terminal in what they term as “Inefficiencies of services”.

Talks have been ongoing between the terminal, clearing agents and the Nigerian port authority (NPA) to resolve the situation, however this has not yielded any positive outcome.  Further talks are expected to resolve the matter.  We will keep you updated. Read More...

Apapa, Nigeria – Clearance Issue Delaying Berthing

Please note that there is a clearance issue delaying berthing in Apapa, Nigeria.  The Wehr Havel (WAF3 Service) has been impacted; port swap to call Tin Can Island first, then return to Apapa once clearance regained.  Issue has been addressed with local operations for root cause and resolution.
