Port Situation at Nhava Sheva International Container Terminal

Update 10 – November 19, 2013 / 1505 hrs (03:05pm):

There are congestion issues at Nhava Sheva.  The main road leading to the port is congested with trailers waiting to be gated in.  The line is close to 15 kilometers (9.4 miles) long to get into the terminal.  This is impacting all terminals at Nhava Sheva.  Read More...

Cathrine Rickmers (TP5 Service)

The Cathrine Rickmers will be phasing out of the TP5 Service in Busan, South Korea.  All cargo going to the following destinations will be discharged in Busan and will load the SL Intrepid:

  • Kwangyang, South Korea
  • Busan, South Korea
  • Hakata, Japan
  • Nagoya, Japan

Cargo will be delayed 2.5 days to the above ports. Read More...

Cathrine Rickmers (TP5 Service) Delay: Update

The Cathrine Rickmers is still scheduled to arrive on the 17th of August at 08:00. There is still some question around the repair time, but at this point the repairs will be handled in Los Angeles after the vessel is worked.

Due to the Cathrine Rickmers being delayed into the US West Coast, the port CY (Container Yard) cutoffs will be extended for both Los Angeles and Oakland.  The port cutoff for Los Angeles will be moved to August 15.  The vessel will arrive in Oakland on August 22, so the port CY cutoff will be moved to August 20.
