Closed Acceptance of IMO Classes 2 and 5 for Import to Novorossiysk, Russia

Please be advised that due to cease of L19 feeder service, we must close acceptance of IMO 2 and IMO 5 import cargo in the port of Novorossiysk, Russia with immediate effect.  This is a temporary measure being taken during reefer slack season and aims to prevent delays of the Ecumed service in Bosperus Strait.  We expect to re-open acceptance of these 2 types of hazardous cargoes in August 2012 and will revert with the exact date later in July. Houston Terminal Hazardous Spill
